Is Dark Matter the chaos between the functioning of matter and space-time?

E=mc² -  it means Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared.

It's often represented by the image:

A representation of the same idea that we better understand in a 3-dimensional manner, is a weather pattern.

Below is a 2-dimnsional representation of a 3-dimensional functioning that we terrestrials understand much better:

The places between the high and the low pressure areas - as we understand by every day living through them - are areas of chaotic and unpredictable 3-dimentional functionings.

As a metaphor for E=mc² we can begin to appreciate the 3-dimensional functioning of the universe; the places between the gravity well that is a planet orbiting through space - through the matrix that is mass functioning in time-space - is very likely a chaotic place full of turbulence. In astronomy this chaos region is invisible. At this point in our understanding we cannot record it, measure it.

Is this chaos in the 'fronts' between matter and time-space the missing dark matter?
